YOSEMITE
We visited Yosemite National Park in the spring of 2018 on a trip in which we saw four other National Parks, all in California. Mike had visited Yosemite for one day in the spring of 2012 on a longer trip to San Francisco and was excited to share the experience with Dusty. Mike drove into the park on the first day so that Dusty could get a chance to gawk as much as he had on his first visit. Despite Mike’s tendency to take curves quickly (according to Dusty), we made it in and out of Yosemite unscathed but exhausted. On the first day we hiked to Bridalveil Falls and up Yosemite Falls, and promptly collapsed after reaching the car. On the second day, we hiked Vernal and Nevada Falls, and the Mirror Lake Loop. Enjoy some of the views from inside the park including some pretty spectacular views from the top of the falls.
